4. Payment & Delivery

• While we aim to deliver on your chosen slot/date, exact timings cannot be guaranteed.
• Products are carefully packed, but minor variations in freshness or condition may occur despite reasonable precautions.

5. Shelf Life & Storage

Our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. Typical shelf life under proper storage is:

• Cakes: approximately 3–4 days from shipping;
• Loaves and breads: approximately 6–8 days;
• Other items: as indicated on the packaging.

6. Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will offer either store credit or a replacement of equal or lesser value. We do not issue cash refunds.

If your payment fails but has been charged, we will verify and refund the amount through the original payment method or as required by law.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications to product orders: must be requested at least 18 hours before scheduled delivery and are subject to availability.

Catering orders: changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations for product orders: must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

Catering cancellations:

• One week or more in advance: no charge.
• Less than one week but before the event day: 50% charge.
• On the event day: 100% charge.

We may decline or limit orders at our discretion, including those with overlapping accounts, addresses, or payment methods.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a valid contract. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when placing orders or contacting us;
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and personal consumption;

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:

• Seat and venue: Bengaluru, India;
• Language: English;
• Arbitration proceedings will be confidential.

Courts in Bengaluru, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement and interim relief.
