1. Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a refund only in case a wrong product is received or there are any missing products.

Resolution Timeline: The complaint will be resolved within 5 working days.
2. Delivery Conditions
Madam Chocolate will not be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered in the first attempt of delivery by the courier partner or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier.
3. Address Requirements
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, company name, and apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
We Are Not Responsible When:
- You provide an incorrect or outdated address or phone number.
- You or your recipient is out of town or not available to receive the order in the delivery attempts made.
- You do not receive the call when the delivery agent calls for delivering the product.
4. Rerouting & Reshipment Charges
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labelling by the carrier.
